Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most standard orders.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free of wear, damage, or modification

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under this standard policy:

  • Custom-made washers or spacers (see our High-Value & Custom Orders policy)
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items not returned in original packaging
  • Any item marked as Final Sale

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return:

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account (processing time may vary by bank or card issuer).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If you need a different item, size, or configuration, please place a new order.
  • Where applicable, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy.

Custom & High-Value Orders

Custom-made or high-value orders may be subject to different return windows and a restocking fee.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
