2. Where are your products made?
All EXTSW products are manufactured and shipped from our facility in Sonora, California, United States.
3. What materials do you use?
We primarily use two grades of stainless steel:

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom orders may require additional production time.
8. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on the selected shipping option at checkout.
9. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States, including all 50 states.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
11. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most standard orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
