At EXTSW, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping through trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Sonora, California, United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, destination, and selected shipping service, except for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, which is offered at a fixed price.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

USPS Ground Advantage
- Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
Reliable and economical shipping for small and medium-sized packages.
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate
- Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Cost: $11.99 flat rate
Fast delivery using USPS Flat Rate packaging regardless of destination or package weight within USPS guidelines.

UPS Ground
- Estimated Delivery: 1–5 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM PST
Cost-effective ground shipping throughout the continental United States.
UPS 3 Day Select
- Estimated Delivery: 3 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM PST
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day in eligible areas.
UPS 2nd Day Air
- Estimated Delivery: 2 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM PST
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day in eligible areas.
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.

Morning delivery, typically by 10:30 AM, to most eligible destinations.
UPS Next Day Air

Early morning delivery, often as early as 8:00 AM, in major metropolitan areas.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- International destinations
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, EXTSW is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
EXTSW is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the information before the order ships.
