EXTSW makes custom stainless steel washers. We bring over 40 years of fabrication experience and more than 10 years specializing in premium grade 304L and 316L stainless steel washers and spacers.

Custom Washer Sizes

We can help when you need a washer outside our standard inventory.

  • Inside diameter: 3/16 in., 1/4 in., 5/16 in., 3/8 in., 7/16 in., 1/2 in., 9/16 in., 5/8 in., 3/4 in., 7/8 in., 1 in., 1 1/8 in., and 1 1/4 in.
  • Outside diameter: 3/8 in. to 2 in. / 1.990 in.
  • Thickness: .060 in. thick to 5 in. length, possibly longer depending on the inside diameter.
  • Alloys: 304L and 316L stainless steel.

Material Certification and Traceability

We certify that all stainless steel washers and spacers are manufactured in the United States using 100% domestic raw materials. All stainless steel is sourced exclusively from US stainless steel foundries and is fully traceable with Material Test Reports (MTR) and certification paperwork.
